Sweetcraft opened it’s doors several years ago along Boni Avenue, Mandaluyong City. The first time I entered the store, I found my heart racing with excitement! It was a baker’s haven, indeed! They had everything! From imported chocolates, to the local ones, marshmallows, an array of nuts, all kinds of flour, flavourings, packaging, icing colours, you name it they have it! As I walked in this morning to get several ingredients for my orders, I was so pleased to see that they have expanded their store. My heart, nonetheless, was racing once again hahhaha….. I felt like a kid in a candy store! 😀

wow!!! do they have buttermilk too?
Hi Tin! Unfortunately, they do not. You can make your own buttermilk but adding 1 Tbsp of lemon juice or vinegar to 1 cup milk as a substitute and use as your recipe requires. =) Hope this helps 😀

May nakita po ba kayong Hershey’s Chocolate Chips 340g? Mahal kasi sa mga supermarkets.
And OOT question po hope you don’t mind, have you tried using Goya Easy Melt Chocolate Buttons for baking cakes, cupcakes, brownies and etc (baked recipes that requires melted chocolate)? Medyo nagdududa kasi akong gumamit, nasubukan ko na kasi yung Goya pero for garnish lang. Napansin ko na mabilis tumigas yung Goya after i-melt, so i’m afraid baka maapektuhan yung texture ng baked goods. Masarap pa naman sana especially yung dark variant.
May masu-suggest po ba kayo na masarap na chocolate bar for baking? Premium and cheap ones.
