Teens Cooking Class – Pasta 101

I had 7 teens over at the house today for a cooking class. Well….. actually 8 including me 😉 We had a blast! The module for today was Pasta 101. My son Andrew chose the pastas for this class. His friends will be off to Uni soon and decided to do a class to help them as they go off to college. What a wonderful idea! 💡

We started the class by making homemade fresh pasta and as they were kneading and using a lot of “elbow grease” , their doughs turned out great! Good job guys!

It was another great day in the kitchen. They all did an amazing job! At the end of the lesson everyone was ‘busogski’ and quite tired. I had a blast with these guys! 😀
