It was another fab foodie night at Mabuhay Palace in Manila Hotel. The ambiance, fabulous, the food, amazing and the service, spectacular! Mabuhay Palace is really one of the best Chinese restos in the metro.

Homemade tikoy 3 ways. Yes! they make their own tikoy! So sarap! 1. The traditional way with egg. 2. with coconut. this was my fave. 3. Fried and stuffed with cheese! so good!!!
THE BEST!!! Salted Egg Ice Cream!! You heard me right! This is soooooo deeeelish! They make and salt their own duck eggs so ithey are fresh and deelish! This is a MUST TRY!!!!
