My Kitchen By Chef Chris

It was a night to explore what Manila has to offer. My dear friend, Babyruth took me to My Kitchen, by Chef Chris, and I tell you, it did not disappoint. The food was fantastic! Located in The Oasis Paco Park Hotel, this resto is definitely worth the trip.

Here are some of the food shots taken that night. Deeelish!

We arrived quite early. This place filled up in no time.
Delish bread and pesto dipping sauce
The Caesar salad was delish!
Ribolitta – White bean soup. This was so good. Filling and delish! I am not a fan of bean soup, but this i like!
Chef Chris’ famous Panizza! Definitely a must try!
let’s get rolling. start off of a piece of this fab panizza……
Add the arugula and alfalfa. Roll…..
Roll it up.
Take a bite! Uberly yummy goodness!
Chef Chris’ Osso Buco Milanese. Deelish!
Tender, succulent and ahhhmazing! 😀
Chef Chris’ Homemade Italian Sausage. You can even order this by the kilo and cook it at the comfort of your home. Babyruth bought a kilo and we had 1 pc cooked for us to try. Love the aroma of fennel seeds, corriander seeds and garlic. Deeelish!
My apologies for this unfocussed shot. 😦
Chocolate Decadent Cake. This was a bit dry for my taste, but the sauce fixed it right up! Deeelish nonetheless!
Thanks Chef Chris! Food was delish! Looking forward to heading back soon! When visiting My Kitchen, ask for the chef and he can recommend his faves. 😀
