MissChu Underground, Viet-Truck, Sydney

My friend Pia took me to this little “Vietnamese-truck” place in the city. This place is where the locals stop for a bite to eat wether it be for lunch, a snack or dinner. A cute little food truck located at the ground floor of a building, makes for great conversation while dining. The owners and staff are friendly and the food…. not bad at all!

The BEST drink ever! It was so refreshing. Frozen coconut water with coconut bits, mint and cucumber.

Love how they used the asian soup bowls as their lamps. What a great idea!

Was a wonderful evening catching up my my dear friend, Pia. After dinner, we decided to have a drink or two at the CBD’s “watering hole” for those that work in the George street area. Cheers!
