It was a gorgeous day out today! The sun was out and the weather, perfect. Andrew and I met up with his BSM High School friends that live in Syd, and we all had an amazing time together. I would see Sophie and Ollie while they were still in Manila and would treat them like they were my own kids. They are such a delight to be around and it makes “Tita Pria” feel young-ger. 🙂
The “kids” (they are all of drinking age), decided to get a liter of beer each! 8O. That’s A LOT of beer.
I, on the other hand, had a sprite, hehe, but wanted a photo with this enormous mug of beer. 😉
Our entrée came and it was superb! The batter was so crispy. I need to experiment and do some research. This was the crispiest Calamari batter I have ever had. It was so good!
Caesar Salad
Since the servings were huge, we decided to order family style.
Chicken Schnitzel
Braised Pork Belly with beetroot. So good!
We were all stuffed! But, as Ollie says… “Tita, there’s always room for dessert”. We ordered the sticky date pudding which was amazing and the apple strudel, which was ok lang. Nothing great.
