Sam’s Sticky Baked BBQ Wings

My sister, Sam taught me how to make these oven baked BBQ wings severals years ago on my first visit to Sydney. They were so tasty, juicy and deeeelish! Every time I come to visit her, I always remind her of her delicious sticky wings and end up making them for dinner. Let’s get started.

First up…

All you need are the ff ingredients. Ketchup, oyster sauce, Kikkoman and bbq sauce, 1/2 an onion and 4 cloves of garlic. For those that do not have this particular bbq sauce, i have substituted store bought American bbq sauces for this recipe (ie. Hunts, Jack Daniels, Bull’s Eye etc..) However, when in Sydney, I manage to bring home at least 2 huge bottles of this sauce for my personal stash at home.

Place the chicken wings in an oven proof baking dish. I like to line my dish with aluminum foil and topped with a pice of parchment paper. This make for easy clean up. The sauce gets quite sticky, so this is a great step to do. πŸ™‚

Bake at 375F fora about 45 minutes to an hour or until sauce becomes thick and “sticky”. Plate, serve and enjoy! πŸ™‚
